On Saturday, we received an urgent request to deliver ship spares from Hamburg to New Orleans. A vessel was awaiting critical parts to depart port, with technicians scheduled for Monday.
Despite missing shipment details, we acted fast:
- Saturday, 10 PM: Pickup of a 70 kg pallet
- Overnight: Special transport to Frankfurt
- Sunday Morning: Pallet unpacked and OBC-ready
- Customs at IAH pre-cleared
